- Start with clean, dry skin. Remove the thick protective film, position the patch over the centre of the nose and peel away the remaining film.
- Press gently from the centre outward so the patch lies smoothly.
- Leave for 4–8 hours or overnight. When it turns white, carefully peel from the edges and discard. Follow your packaging.
